Το ΡΙΚ Sat (Ραδιοφωνικό Ίδρυμα Κύπρου Satellite) ή αλλιώς CyBC Sat και γνωστό παλαιότερα ως Cyprus Sat, είναι το δορυφορικό πρόγραμμα του ΡΙΚ. Μεταδίδεται ελεύθερα δορυφορικά και από την NOVA και από την NOVA Κύπρου.
Ο σταθμός αναμεταδίδει επιλεγμένα προγράμματα από τα δύο ημικρατικά τηλεοπτικά κανάλια του ΡΙΚ αλλά και ειδικές παραγωγές μόνο για τους απόδημους. Μεταδίδεται από τους δορυφόρους Hellas Sat 3 και Hotbird (ιδιοκτησία της γαλλικής Eutelsat), ενώ είναι διαθέσιμο στις ΗΠΑ, τον Καναδά και την Αυστραλία από τις πλατφόρμες των εταιρειών Titan Television στη Νέα Υόρκη, Bell Fibe TV στο Μόντρεαλ και Ellas TV στο Σικάγο και στη Μελβούρνη.
Η Ελληνική Δημοκρατία, βάσει διακρατικής συμφωνίας από το 1990, έχει την υποχρέωση να αναμεταδίδει το ΡΙΚ Sat σε επίγειο δίκτυο, υποχρέωση την οποία εκτελεί η ΕΡΤ.
