茶陵综合频道是茶陵县融媒体中心（广播电视台）的主要电视频道，每天播出电视节目时长18小时，主要承担宣传贯彻党的路线、方针、政策，正确引导舆论导向、宣传推介茶陵等职责。该频道于2025年5月完成高清化改造，实现高标清同步试播，极大提升了节目的图像质量。目前，茶陵综合频道已实现在芒果IPTV、茶陵融媒直播APP、湖南有线茶陵网络有限公司三个平台的高清试播，收视用户总量达17.7万户。
茶陵综合频道通过湖南IPTV覆盖移动、电信、联通宽带用户，频道号码为553。内容板块包括“茶陵新闻综合频道直播、茶陵新闻、时政热点、红色茶陵、茶陵党建、文明茶陵、茶陵教育、影像茶陵、信息之窗、茶陵优品”等10个板块。
茶陵电视事业始于1975年，当时在云阳山兴建了10瓦电视差转台。1986年，茶陵县建成300瓦电视转播台，转播中央电视台第一套节目。1996年，电视发射机功率扩至1000瓦，并新建100瓦电视差转台解决边远山区收视问题。1991年，茶陵县广播电视局成立有线电视台，至1997年底，有线电视用户发展至30600户。
茶陵综合频道通过高清化改造和平台扩展，进一步提升了传播力和影响力，为茶陵县经济社会发展提供了有力的舆论支持。
